Having submitted my last theme over six years ago, I had left the BB scene as an active member due to my new 64-Bit O/S that would not support BBLean in any real capacity. Attempts were made after I switched to port my shell of choice to the 64-Bit world, but too many of my favourite plugins languished in the 32-Bit universe with no path of crossing. I succumbed to the vanilla O/S and a bevy of bloatware to mimic my BB experience.
Though I left BB, I still lurked in the shadows of forums and various BB-related pages admiring the fantastic themes that were being produced. Gradually though, my visits became farther and farther apart and eventually I only returned to DevArt for information.
The scene went dark on the radar until a short time ago when fellow themer Pitkon left me a small message. Over the years we had developed a rapport through the then-thriving BB community, his message was a simple greeting. Through the back and forth of correspondence that ensued, he had unearthed the remembrance of lost and forgotten themes that I had never submitted. Could I find these dusty old zips somewhere I wondered. How complete would they be and more importantly, were they any good?
Through some blind luck and an unlabelled CD I had forgotten in a box, I located these relics that were, thankfully, mostly complete. Missing comments and screenshots were the main issue but an unknown wallpaper author and current download location had me bogged down. Thankfully Pitkon came through with the final piece and the lost files are complete and ready.
I have made no changes to these themes - they are as they were, warts and all. Some go as far back as my original themes and some were made after my last submission to DevArt. They were left unsubmitted for various reasons from similarly released themes at the time of their creation to simple self-depreciation. Pitkon's urging is the reason these themes have made the trip from corrugated darkness and they will be gradually submitted to #BlackboxDesktop as well as here in the traditional three-theme releases that I had followed back then.
I hope you enjoy them.
